This is my very "Harriet Home-Owner's" attempt at making a home photo studio. A sheet draped on a ladder, two hot lights that my hubby uses for painting and two books covered with tin foil for reflecting. The pictures I took came out decent but it would be nice if I could swing some real gear.

My cousin is a photographer and uses her dining room in much the same way for her photos. You can't even tell! :) I bet your photos are great!
