PSF - Haircut

PhotoStory Friday
Hosted by Cecily and MamaGeek

Well we broke down and decided to get the peanut her hair cut. I can't believe how much hair this child has. We took her to the local chain and was hoping she would be good. My other two cried like banshies when their hair was cut so I assumed the worst. I couldn't believe that she sat in that chair with her apron on the whole time and didn't move. We were stunned, no crying, no fidgeting, nothing. Amazing. It also helped that big sis was standing in front of her making her laugh.

So here's before:

Isn't she the cutest? Well, of course I think that. :)

Looks like she survived the experience with smiles. I take W.W. to that same chain I think, the fish cover looks really familiar to me, and he's been really good about getting hair cuts too.

I love that smile in the last shot. She's adorable and knows it. :)

Oh WOW. Simply wow. Everytime I see her, she warms my heart and makes me smile. This was no exception!! Before and after, BOTH are perfect!

You did it! I must say, she looks even cuter without curls covering her pretty face - and there are still plenty of curls! I was amazed by how well my daughter did, too.

oh she's precious. and i am impressed by how well behaved she was. i had to cut my boys' hair while they were asleep for years. it would sometimes take a couple of days because i would have to wait for them to turn their heads from one side to the other. talk about a work in progress!

How wonderful. She looks adorable! She does have such beautiful hair. We have not gotten Ella's hair cut yet ( mostly because hubby likes it long), but did take her to watch her cousin get his cut. I dont think it will be a big deal, thankfully. Ella's hair is so thin and fine right now that I am afraid a shorter cut will not lay right too. Maybe I just really dont want to cut it either! :)

Oh wow -- these are beautiful shots. Those curls are great. My youngest had curls until the first haircut -- they never came back.

Gorgeous! And how fantastic that she sat so well for it. My daughter was great with haircuts, but my son is much as you were expecting. ;)

She is very cute! and look at the curls! I'm impressed with her sitting still! I cut my kids hair and they move all over the place!

Oh wow, mine both screamed loud enough to wake the dead for YEARS - I had to break down and take them to a super-swanky (read: very expensive but you can play video games) kids' salon 45 minutes away. Both I and my wallet were very relieved when they were finally done with that and ready to sit in my local guy's chair.

Peanut looks utterly adorable with her new haircut.
